Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assessment
The purpose of this assessment is to assess the worker’s function related to daily personal and household tasks. Recommendations of possible modifications are discussed with the worker, for example aids, equipment or modifications to movement patterns/postures. A report is written outlining the assessment of the worker’s pre injury and current function related to their activities of daily living, and recommendations are provided. The aim is to maintain the worker’s independence in performing these daily tasks.
